The best professional compliment I ever received actually came from several different colleagues who said that if they were a client, they’d want me to be their account manager. 


I so appreciated that because it meant they trusted me with their ideas and valued my efforts to do right by the client and the agency. It doesn’t mean they always agreed with me (spoiler alert – they didn’t). But they knew I was committed to our mutual success and valued my leadership.


Helping teams work smarter and be stronger, finding ways to add value, identifying opportunities and clearing the path to success drive me. Working with talented people who care about great ideas inspires me. Tackling the work with energy, curiosity, creativity, resourcefulness and optimism are how I get things done. And earning my clients’ and co-workers’ trust and respect make it all worth it. 


Advertising and marketing are not industries for the weak of heart or spirit (after 30 years, I have the gray hairs to prove it.) But my experiences so far have been extremely fulfilling on multiple fronts. Which is why I haven’t stopped yet, and am looking for my next chapter.
